Every Step of the Way
One day to the mountain
I did
go,
To see the Lamb that stood
all
alone,
He was so beautiful,
So full of pure light.
At first I did not
understand
The beauty and the might,
Then He looked to the
valley,
Where from I just walked.
From my sadness and
sorrow I
had come,
To the love and peace that
I
sought,
He told me I was His
forever
more,
By the blood He had shed on
Calvary's Cross.
Then I understood what
He told
me,
Through all the trials and
temptations,
He had been there to carry
me
through,
Every step of the way,He
was
with me.
Now I see,what my Jesus
did,
He died for me and you,so
we
may live,
To go to heaven to be with
Him,
When this life on earth is
over...
