This page is a tribute to my stepdad who passed away on December.4,2001.I tryed to start this before,but it just wasn't the time.I would like to share with you the vision my dad had the second to last time he was in the hospital.

One night my dad had felt like he left his body,he said he was standing at the foot of some steps,he said he could hear beautiful music,and that even the flowers were singing,at the top of the steps he saw a man.He was dressed in a long flowing robe,his hair was long,but he had his back to him,so he couldn't see his face.As he got about 2 steps from the top,two angels came and told him that he could not go any further,that it was not time and that he had to go back.And when he woke he was back in his room.He went back home after 2 days in the hospital,but returned to the hospital about 3 days later,and went home to be with the Lord a week after that.The day before my dad died,I was with him in the hospital,and I got to tell him something that I had never told him before.I told him how much I loved him,and for the first time in 25 years I called him dad.Even though he was only my stepdad,he was much more than that to me,and God gave me the chance to let him know how much he meant to me..I thank God everyday for this man that he had placed in my life.He was always there for me,and my Mom, my 2 sisters,Tammy and Tina,and for my brother Doug.If you have someone in your life that means the world to you,tell them how much you love them,because you may never get a second chance..
God bless each one that visits this page,may God's blessings fall like rain on you today and everyday.

My dad was a volunteer firefighter for alot of years,he was Deputy Fire Chief for 7 years and was Fire Chief of the Douglas Harbour VolunteerFire Department 11 years,and I would like to honor him by writing down the Fireman's Prayer..

The Fireman's Prayer

When I am called to duty,God,
Whenever flames may rage,
Give me strength to save some life,
Whatever be its age.
Help me to embrace a child
Before it is to late;
Or save an older person from
The horror of that fate.
Enable me to be alert,
To hear the weakest shout,
And quickly and efficiently,
To put the fire out.
I want to fill my calling and
To give the best in me;
To guard my every neighbour
And protect his property.
And if according to your will,
I have to give my life,
Please bless with Your protecting hand,
My children and my wife..

I would like to thank a very special friend for sending me this background and header to work with,for if not for her I don't think I could have done this.
I love you ,Jean(Wolflady)
