1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers |

| Combine cheeses and margarine. Cook and stir over low heat until melted;
remove from heat. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in cheese mixture. Scrape off excess. Place on baking sheet lined
with waxed paper. Chill about 2 hours or freeze until firm. Place frozen cubes on lightly greased baking sheet; bake 10 minutes in
