A HEART OF COMPASSION

Fill our hearts with your love Lord, 
With your mercy and your grace,
Give us a heart of compassion,
For every tribe, nation and race.

Let us love as you loved,
As we see others hurting along life's way,
May we speak words of compassion,
To help bring another a better day.

Let us be your arm extended
Reaching out to fallen man,
Helping others to win the race,
And learn how to firmly stand.

Only by your Spirit can we fulfill your will
To do the things you would have us do
One day we will enter in and all will be made new,
Until then.....may we always be found faithful and true.
