Let me tell you a little about myself. I am a Christian. I go to church on Sundays. No one else in my family is a Christian, but I have been interested in Christianity since I was very young, because I have been impressed with the Christians that I read about in books. I wanted to be like one of them, so I tried to "copy" their way of living. Naturally, I ended up being disappointed in myself, because I depended on my own effort rather than on God. It was at the age of 20 that I went to church for the first time in my life. I took part in a Bible study group and learned that I am a sinner and that Jesus Christ has given his life for me so that I may be saved. I have decided to give my heart to my Savior, Jesus Christ. Since then, God has constantly guided me and encouraged me through His powerful words in the Bible. I am thankful to God who has saved me and to all the people who have told me about Jesus. This time, I would like to tell someone else about Jesus Christ.
"For God so
loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,
that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal
life."
(John 3:16)
"Your word is a
lamp to my feet and a light for my path."
(Psalm 119:105)
In addition, I would like tell you how I have become a church organist. One day, when I was 6 years old, my homeroom teacher told my mother that I was very poor at music. My mother was so disappointed at this and decided to have me take music lessons. So I was made to go to music school once a week to learn how to play the electric organ. Somehow, I enjoyed the lessons and attended the classes for 10 years and a half.
When I got a job, I moved to another city and started to go to a different church. About one year later, I volunteered to be an organist. In that church there were 3 organists including me, and we took turns. I had to practice playing the hymns for a long time on weekdays.
Then I was transferred to another town. On the very first day I visited the local church near my new house, I was suddenly asked to play the organ during the worship, because the organist couldn't come to church. Unprepared, I was very nervous, but the Lord helped me. Since then I have been an organist of this church.
When I was learning at the music school, I never dreamed that I would serve the Lord as an organist. Now I am glad that He has enabled me to serve him by using the skills I have acquired.
The following two verses are a brief summary of what God has taught me through the difficulties.
"A man's spirit sustains him in sickness, but a crushed spirit who can bear?"
(Proverbs 18:14)
"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
(Psalm 34:18)

Recently, I have been made aware of the "supernatural" power of prayers shared by fellow Christians, including the members of the local church I attend AND those Christians living in various foreign countries whom I have never seen before.
The Bible says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God . And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6--7)
"Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anyting you ask for , it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them." (Matthew 18:19--20)
It is my prayer that every part of this web site will be my testimony, telling the visitors how delightful it is to accept Jesus Christ as our own Savior and live with Him eternally.
